My work sits at the intersection of cultural transition, education, work, belonging, and the redefinition of home. As a Latina immigrant, researcher, educator, and cultural transition coach, I help individuals, families, and organizations navigate cross-cultural change with clarity, strategy, and practical direction.

This work began with a personal question: why was adapting to life in the United States so difficult, even when I was doing everything I was supposed to do? That question became the foundation of my research, my professional work, and the services I now offer through coaching, workshops, and speaking.

Why This Work Matters

Cultural transition affects more than where people live. It shapes how they make decisions, access education and work, support their families, build confidence, and experience belonging. My work helps people and institutions understand those transitions and respond with practical, culturally informed strategies.
